Ingredients
- Crust:
- 16 graham crackers
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 stick soft butter/margarine
- Filling:
- 1 c sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb pot cheese
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 3 T flour
- 3 T corn starch
- 4 eggs
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream

Step 1
Break graham crackers into crumbs. Add melted butter or marg with sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Pat down in pan.
Mix sugar with butter. Then add pot cheese and cream cheese. Blend together. Sift flour and corn starch. Mix into cheese mixture. Add eggs, lemon juice, vanilla and sour cream.
Bake at 350° for approx 1 hr.
