Yummy Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 2 pkg graham crackers (part of 1 box)
• 3/4 stick butter/margarine
• 1/2 c sugar
• Filling:
• 3/4 sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 containers whipped cream cheese
• 1 c sour cream
• 1 T flour
• 1 t vanilla
• 2 T lemon juice
• 1/4 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter; crush crackers and add sugar. Grease and line pan with crust mixture. Use 9in round or 11x13in pan.

Freeze while mixing filling.

Mix all filling ingredients. Blend well. Pour on top of crust. Bake at 350° for approx 1 hour.
