Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup pecans
1 cup icing sugar
1 - 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 large tub of Cool Whip
2 - 4 oz packages of instant butterscotch pudding
2 cups milk
1/2 large tub of Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, pecans and butter. Press into a 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

Combine icing sugar, cream cheese and cool whip (1/2 tub) Add pudding mixed with milk. Fold together.

Top with remaining 1/2 tub of Cool Whip

Refrigerate
