Ravioli with Spinach and Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 pound raviloli (fresh or frozen)
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 bunches fresh spinach
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Step 1
Cook the ravioli according to the package directions. Drain & divide among bowls. Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, 6-8 minutes; transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Crumble. Wipe out the skillet & heat oil over medium heat. Add the garlic & cook, stirring occasionally, until golden. Add the spinach and cook, tossing until just wilted. Stir bacon & lemon juice into the spincah. Spoon the mixture over the ravioli.
