Cinnamon Cake with Crumble

Ingredients

• Three eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 orange juice
• 2 1/2 cups of flour
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• beat
• pour Half into bundt pan
• 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon- mix and and pour over batter
• make topping
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon, half cup sugar, half a stick of margarine melted- form into crumbs and put on top of cake

Preparation

Step 1

bake 375 for 10 minutes
bake 350 for 35 to 40 minutes until tester comes out clean
