Ingredients
- 1 st Layer
- Cook over hot water until sugar dissolves
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 3 tbsp cocao
- Add to above
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Remove from heat
- Add
- 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnut)
- Spread in greased 8”X 8”pan and refrigerate.
- 2 nd Layer
- Combine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 2 tbsp custard powder
- 2 tbsp hot water
- Spread over 1st Layer and return to fridge
- 3 rd Layer
- Melt
- 2 squares sweet chocolate with 1 tsp butter
- Spread on top of 2nd layer and chill until firm
