Ingredients

  • 1 st Layer
  • Cook over hot water until sugar dissolves
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocao
  • Add to above
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Remove from heat
  • Add
  • 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnut)
  • Spread in greased 8”X 8”pan and refrigerate.
  • 2 nd Layer
  • Combine
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp custard powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • Spread over 1st Layer and return to fridge
  • 3 rd Layer
  • Melt
  • 2 squares sweet chocolate with 1 tsp butter
  • Spread on top of 2nd layer and chill until firm
