Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 3/4 c sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 c flour
- 3/4 c confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/2 stick room temp butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- crumbled bacon
- banana chips

Step 1
1)preheat oven to 350 and line an 8" square pan with foil leaving a 2" overhang. coat the foil with cooking spray. in a medium sauce pan melt the butter over medium heat. take off heat and whisk in sugar, vanilla and salt til creamy, about 1 minute. add eggs one at a time whisking well between additions. add cocoa powder and flour and stir til blended. pour into pan.
2) bake the brownies until tester inserted into the middle comes out with moist crumbs attached, 40-45 minutes. cool in pan set on wire rack. using the foil overhang, lift brownies out of pan.
Icing:
beat together sugar, peanut butter, butter and vanilla. spread over cooled brownies. top with crumbled bacon and banana chips
