BAKED PINEAPPLE WITH BROWN SUGAR & KAHLUA

This is one of the best desserts for a casual get-together or a barbeque. It can be cooking when you are having dinner, and it’s light and tasty - to the point of being addictive.

Ingredients
- 1 Small pineapple, peeled, cored, sliced and cut into bite sized pieces
- 3 Tbs. Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Butter
- 1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 3 Tbs. Kahlua

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange pineapple in single layer in glass baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle Kahlua over. Bake until pineapple juices bubble, about 25 minutes.
If you have a large pineapple, adjust butter, cinnamon & Kahlua amounts upward slightly. You can also easily double the recipe.
