Ingredients
- 3 cups canned garbanzo beans, drained
- 2/3 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- Roasted garlic to taste (about 1 large whole garlic)
- Paprika
- Smoked paprika
- Chipotle chile pepper spice
- Hot madras curry powder
- Red curry powder
- Cumin
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Parsley
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Add other ingredients to flavor as desired, i.e, sun-dried tomatoes, jalapenos, red peppers, chopped green chiles, sriracha sauce

Step 1
Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add desired seasonings and vegetables, etc. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
