HAM ROLL UPS

The following appetizers are so easy and are addictive. No cooking required. When we lived in our house in Chicago on Newcastle, our neighbor Judy had a party every New Years Eve. These were one of her specialties.

Ingredients

• 1/2 Lb. Polish or deli ham sliced
• 2 bunches green onions (trim to width of ham - should get three pieces per onion)
• 1 Pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese or whipped cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Lay ham slice on cutting board, spread lightly with cream cheese and place trimmed green onion across short side of ham. Roll up and slice into 1” pieces. Arrange cut side up on serving platter.
