Preparation

Step 1

Cut up chicken into small pieces. Put in a baking sheet with a lip in a single layer. Pour a glass to a glass and a half of white wine to cover the chicken halfway. Then sprinkle with garlic granules (or use fresh garlic), Italian seasoning, Knorr bouillon granules and pepper, all generously.

Put in a 350-degree oven. After one-half hour, turn chicken and pour juice of ½ lemon over chicken. Cook another half hour. Make sure that at all times enough juice remains halfway up the chicken to pour on the pasta. Then put under the broiler and brown. Each side will take approximately between 5 and 10 minutes.

Cook pasta. Remove chicken onto separate platter. You can put some butter in the pasta, and then pour the juice of the chicken over the pasta and serve with good cheese
