COMMANDERS PALACE CREOLE SEASONING

This recipe comes directly from Commander’s Palace in New Orleans. Hopefully the restaurant survived the hurricane. This seasoning is fantastic for grilled fish and chicken.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. salt
- 2 Tbs. paprika
- 1 Tbs. garlic powder or flakes
- 1 Tbs. onion powder or flakes
- 1 Tbs. freshly ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 Tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1-1/2 Tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
- 1-1/2 Tsp. dried oregano, crumbled

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Store in airtight container. Fabulous on fish. Also good on chicken.
