  • One recipe crepes
  • One recipe ricotta filling
  • One recipe spaghetti sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Grated Romano

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread a few tablespoons spaghetti sauce on bottom of 13x9” glass baking dish. Place one crepe on work surface and place a few tablespoons of ricotta filling across crepe. Roll and place in baking dish. Repeat making one layer in pan. Top with sauce, (do not drown). Top with shredded mozzarella and Romano cheeses. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling. This recipe will make more than one pan of cannelloni.

Note: You can bake for 30 minutes, let cool. Remove aluminum foil and cover with plastic wrap, and freeze. To reheat, thaw and bake for 30-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
