Ingredients
- 1 lg green onion chopped
- 1 lg green bell pepper diced
- 1 lb Coneuch cut into 1/4 " slices
- 1 T olive oil
- 4 c chopped cooked chicken
- 3 c uncooked long grain rice
- 2 10 1/2 oz cans french onion soup, undilute
- 1 14 oz can chicken broth
- 1 14 ox can beef broth
- 2-3 t Creole seasoning
- 2-3 t hot sauch

Preparation
Step 1
Saute first 3 ingredients in hot oil in Dutch oven for 4-5 minutes or until sausage is browned. Stir in chicken and next 6 ingredients. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Start stirring after 30 minutes.
