Ingredients
- 1 pound of bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 2 pounds frozen peas, thawed, and drained
- 3/4 cup coarsely grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 small red onion, peeled, and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together all of the ingredients and serve immediately, or allow to sit overnight in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator. Give it a gentle stir from top to bottom before serving.
