Ingredients

  • 1 pound of bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 2 pounds frozen peas, thawed, and drained
  • 3/4 cup coarsely grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 small red onion, peeled, and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together all of the ingredients and serve immediately, or allow to sit overnight in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator. Give it a gentle stir from top to bottom before serving.
