Hearty Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
• 1 c. bread crumbs
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 small carrot, chopped
• 2 tbsp. hearty steak sauce
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1 tbsp. oregano
• 1/2 c. ketchup
• 2 tbsp. beef stock

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together, blending well. Form into loaf.
Spray lower rack with cooking spray. Place loaf on rack.
Cook at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
