- 1 Pkg. Oscar Mayer bologna
- 1 Large onion, chopped
- 1 Large Can Franco American Spaghetti

You’re going to think I’ve gone off the deep end on this one . . . a true Depression Era meal, and another one I only made for Anthony and I when Peter was out of town. I have no idea where this recipe came from or who developed it. All I know is I have been eating this since I was a child.
In large skillet, brown the bologna in two tablespoons butter until browned (they will curl and form a cup. Add onion and (I can’t even use the word sauté for this recipe) fry until onions are browned. Heat the spaghetti in a separate pot until heated through.
PRESENTATION (I am laughing now):
Place bologna slices on plate. Top each with spaghetti and then browned onions. Yum!
