Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 small navel orange
- 2 green onions
- 1 cup diced fresh or canned pineapple
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 to 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp hot sauce (or to taste)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Core and cut tomatoes in half crosswise; gently squeeze out seeds and juice. Dice tomato flesh and place in medium bowl. Peel orange; cut in half, dice and add to bowl. Chop green onions and add to bowl.
2. Add pineapple, black beans, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Stir to combine. Add hot sauce to taste and serve. If using fresh pineapple, serve immediately as the enzymes in the fruit will soften the salsa overtime.
