Ingredients
- 1 # ground beef
- 1 1/2 c tomato sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano, dried
- 1 tsp beef bouillon granules
- 1 pkg (10oz) frozen mixed vegetables
- Topping
- 1 1/2 # potatoes(4 medium) 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 (4oz) can mushroom pieces
- 1 c cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients. Place in large greased casserole dish.
Cook potatoes until done in separate pot. Drain all but 2 tbs water. Add sour cream, garlic, mushrooms,salt, and pepper and mash.
Spread over vegetable mix. Top w/ cheese. Bake uncovered at 350* for 25 minutes or until edges are bubbly
