Sweet and Saucy Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Black Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, mustard, syrup and rice vinegar. Whisk until completely smooth and well incorporated.
2. Lay chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle evenly with black pepper. Turn chicken over and repeat.
3. Pour about 2/3 of the sauce over the chicken, tossing to coat (set aside remaining sauce for grilling). Cover chicken dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Remove meat from refrigerator and let rest on counter for 5-10 minutes.
5. Heat grill to medium high heat and place chicken on the grill. Grill for 5 - 10 minutes per side (depending on thickness and cut of chicken). Flip chicken and baste with remaining sauce.
6. Continue to cook through, 5 - 10 minutes. Remove from the grill; tent with foil and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
