Ingredients
- Raw Ingredients
- 1 onion, cubed
- 1 small carrot, sliced
- 4 button mushroom, quartered
- 1/4 cabbage, sliced
- 1 medium chilli, sliced
- 2 noodle of choice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 pork steak, cooked in chinese style and sliced
- Seasoning
- 2 Tbs Dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbs Light soy sauce
- 2 Tbs Oyster sauce
- 1 Tbs Brown sugar
- 2 Tsp Siracha
- 1 Tbs Minced garlic
- 1 Tbs sesame oil
- 2 Tsp vinegar
- 3 Tbs Si Chuan spicy chilli oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook noodle and strained. Rinse under cold water.
2. Prepare all the ingredients. Heat up oil in actifry for 3 mins. Put in onion, chilli and garlic to sautee for another 3 mins.
3. Put all raw ingredients and pork steak into actifry and cook for 10 mins.
4. In a big bowl, mix all the seasoning. Put noodle into the bowl and mix for even flavour later.
5. Put noodle into actifry and cook for another 5 mins. Serve hot.
