  • 1 large flank steak
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 ts vinegar
  • 2 tbs yellow mustard
  • 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mixture. Place steak in large zip-lock bag. Spread mixture over steak and turn several times while marinating.
Cook in oven or on grill for 5 minutes on each side.
