Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 C green pepper chopped
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 t chili powder
  • 1 C frozen corn
  • 2 cans chili with beans (16 oz)
  • 3/4 lb. grated cheese
  • Nacho cheese torilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground meat and drain. Add onion, garlic and pepper and cook until transparent. Add remaining tabasco, tomato sauce and chili powder. Grease crock pot and layer in 5 layers, beginning with meat mixture and nacho cheese tortilla chips, then corn, chili and grated cheese. Cover and cook 6 - 8 hours on low.
