Festive Cheese Log

Ingredients

• 2 250g pkg cream cheese
• 2 cups(250g) cheddar cheese
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped red pepper
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped green pepper
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
• 2 tsp worchestershire sauce
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• dash of cayenne and salt
• finely chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients except nuts. Mix well. Chill. shape mixture into a log approximately 8" long. Roll in nuts. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with crackers or melba toast.
