Ingredients
- Glaze Topping:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 slices bread, crumbled
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup minced, dry onion
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sage
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 TBS worcestershire
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- 1 tsp dry mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together & shape in a loaf pan. Top with glaze topping and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Variation: I've added chopped green onion too and it is delish!
