Ingredients

  • 1 shredded cabbage
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 2 pkgs chicken Ramen Noodles (smashed)
  • 3/4 C slivered almonds
  • 1/2 C sunflower seeds
  • Dressing
  • 1 C vegetable oil
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 1/3 C rice wine vinegar

Step 1

Cook noodles, almonds and sunflower seeds in 1/3 stick of butter in oven at 325 degrees. After butter melts, stir every 5 minutes and cook until brown--approximately 20 minutes. Then add chicken ramen seasoning packets to mixture.

When ready to serve, mix onions and cabbage with crunchy mixture and dressing.
