Ingredients

    c finely chopped fresh broccoli

  • 3

    c finely chopped cauliflower

  • 3

    c finely chopped celery

  • 8

    ozs frozen peas, thawed

  • 6

    bacon strips, cooked & crumbled

  • 1 1/3

    c mayo

  • 1/4

    c sugar

  • 2

    T grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1

    T cider vinegar

  • 1/4

    t salt

  • 3/4

    c salted peanuts

Directions

In Lg bowl combine first 5 ingredients. In sm bowl, mix mayo, sugar, cheese, vinegar & salt until blended. Add to salad & toss to coat. Just before serving, Stir in peanuts. Refrigerate leftovers. Salad is even better if made day ahead & refrigerated.
