- 3 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup confectioner' sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons coffee, cold

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease 12 cup Bundy pan; dust with 1\4 cup cocoa. In large bowl sift flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and remaining 3\4 cup cocoa.
in medium bowl, beat buttermilk, coffee,oil, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Gradually beat flour mixture into buttermilk until just blended. Transfer to prepared prepared Bundy pan . Bake 45 minutes to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool Remove from pan. Prepare glaze.
Glaze:
1\4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1\8 teaspoon salt
In medium bowl, whisk chocolate and butter , add confectioners sugar, sour cream, coffee, vanilla and salt; stir until smooth. Poor over chocolate bundt cake. let stand at room temperature until set, 4 hours.
