  • 2 (15 ounce) cans (~3 cups) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 medium avocados, peeled and stone removed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (~1 lemon)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt to taste
