Ingredients
- Crust
- 1 *1 cup butter
- 1/4 *1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 *1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 *2 cups flour
- Filling
- 4 *4 eggs
- 5 *5 Tbs (1/3 cup) lemon juice and grated rind
- 2 *2 cups sugar
- 4 *4 Tbs flour

Preparation
Step 1
Blend crust ingredients well and press in 12x13 inch pan. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Note: Crust burns easily so underbake crust rather than overbake and second step will finish.
Beat and pour over crust the filling ingredients: the eggs, lemon juice/rind, sugar and flour.
Bake 20-30 minutes or until solid.
Dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares when thoroughly cool.
