Ingredients

  • 1-1/3 lb. ground sirloin
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
  • 3 T. tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 T. olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Place meat in bowl. Make a well and fill with egg, peppers, onions and bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
3. Mix and form into 4 individual meat loaves, about 1 inch thick. Coat loaves with olive oil and arrange on baking sheet.
4. Roast 18-20 minutes.
