Ingredients

  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1/3 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1 t. dried oregano
  • 1 t. dried basil
  • 1/4 t. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Wash chicken and pat dry. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put butter in 13X9X2 baking pan and heat in oven until butter is melted.
2. Mix Bisquick, parmesan cheese and herbs together in shallow bowl. Dip chicken into mix, coating well. Place chicken into pan.
3. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is browned and juices run clear. Turn once for even browning.
