Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked ground beef, seasoned to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 4 ounces cubed Velveeta
- 12 medium potatoes, prepared as mashed potatoes
- 2 ounces shredded cheddar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together ground beef, soup, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Spread into greased 9 x 13 pan. Divide Velveeta over meat mixture. Spread mashed potatoes over all. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbling. If thawed but refrigerated, bake 40 minutes covered and then 20 minutes uncovered.
