Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 limes -- 1 juiced and 1 quartered

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice with garlic according to package directions. Stir in cilantro and scallions; season. In bowl, season chicken; toss with honey, soy sauce and lime juice. Grill over medium-high, turning once, until cooked, 10 minutes. Serve with rice and lime wedges.
