Apple Dabble Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 3 cups flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 4-6 cups chopped apples
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup butter

Step 1

Mix first 9 ingredients by hand in order given. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine brown sugar, milk, and butter. Boil 4 minutes. Pour over baked cake and return to oven for a few minutes before serving.
