Ingredients
- 1 lbs Ziti or Mostaccili Pasta
- 12 oz Chopped Cooked Chicken
- 2 tsp Butter or Margarine
- 1 med. Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbs All-Purpose Flour
- 2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 10 oz Frozen Peas - Defrosted & Drained
- 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
- Salt & Pepper for Tasted

Preparation
Step 1
1 Prepare Pasta according to package directions. While Pasta is cooking, warm Butter over Med. heat in Lrg. skillet. Add Onion & cook for 3 minutes. Stir in Dijon mustard & Flour. Very gradually whisk in the Chicken broth. Bring the broth to a boil & stir in the Lemon juice, Peas, & Parsley.
2 When Pasta is done, drain it well. Toss pasta & cooked Chicken with sauce, season w/ Salt & Pepper & serve.
