Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 1/4 cups cocoa
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp soda
• 1 cup sour milk (1 Tbsp vinegar)
• 1 cup hot water

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Mix in hot water. Batter will be runny. Bake at 350° for 1-1.5 hr.
