Mediterranian Burgers

Ingredients

• Sauce:
• 1 # ground beef
• 1/4 c bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
• 1/4 c plain yogurt
• 2 tbs cucumber, chopped
• 1/4 c mayo
• 1 green onion
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
• 4 pita pockets, split
• lettuce
• tomato

Preparation

Step 1

Combine meat, bread crumbs, egg,oregano and rosemary. Form into 4 patties and grill. Combine ingredients for sauce. Serve on pita w/ lettuce, tomato, and sauce.
