Ingredients
- 1 cup 2% or whole milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs (beat to scramble)
- 1 1\2 cups (6ozs) Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cups Tapioca flour

Preparation
Step 1
Mix milk, salt, and butter in a small saucepan and bring to a boil
Mix eggs & cheese to a wet cornmeal consistency
Mix flour into the hot milk mixture a little at a time to a thick oatmeal consistency
Mix the flour mix tire to egg and cheese mixture.
Bake in muffin time for 20 minutes
