Peach Melba Shake
This eye catching, bi color shake makes a whole some snack or even a great, quick breakfast. Garnish the rim of the glass with a wedge of fresh fruit or a sprig of mint for a special added touch.

- 1 container fat-free French vanilla yogurt (6 oz.), divided
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup apple juice, divided
- 1/3 cup frozen peaches

Preparation
Step 1
1. In blender, combine half of yogurt with raspberries and half of apple juice. Process until smooth.
2. Pour into tall glass, scraping sides and bottom of blender container to remove all of mixture.
3. In same blender, add remaining yogurt, apple juice and peaches. Process until smooth. Gently spoon over raspberry mixture. Serve.
