Ingredients
- Caramelized onions
- serving for 8-instant potatoes
- 1/2 C oil
- 8 eggs
- 1 C potato Starch (can use flour)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- oil for pans

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 400
Combine the caramelized onions, potatoes, oil, eggs, potato starch, salt and pepper.
Blend all together. do not over mix.
grease cupcake tins well with oil 9a little extra oil is better).
Fill almost to the top.
Bake at 400 for 26-28 minutes.
