No Guilt Nachos
These great-tasting nachos have less than half the fat of their fast-food counterparts. We’ve saved fat calories on the meat and cheese, so you can enjoy a fried chip without the guilt.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground turkey breast meat
- 3/4 cup frozen chopped onion
- 3/4 cup frozen chopped bell pepper
- 3/4 cup frozen corn
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1 cup thick and chunky salsa
- 4 1/2 cups tortilla chips
- 3/4 cup shredded fat-free or low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced iceberg lettuce
- 3/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.
2. In medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, brown turkey, onion and pepper until turkey is no longer pink, about 4 minutes, breaking up meat with a spoon. Add corn, chili powder and cumin. Cook mixture just until liquid is evaporated, about 3 minutes.
3. Stir in salsa and remove from heat. Arrange chips in single layer on prepared pizza pan. Spoon meat mixture evenly over chips.
4. Bake until heated through, about 6 minutes. Sprinkle on cheese and bake until cheese is melted, 2 minutes. Top with lettuce and sprinkle on tomatoes, olives, jalapenos and cilantro.
