Ingredients
- 1/2 C unsalted butter, softened
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley
- 1 T chopped fresh tarragon leaves
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- freshly ground pepper, sprinkle

Step 1
Whip butter with beaters in smjall bowl until light in colour. Blend in remaining 5 ingrediesnt. Cover. Cjhill for 1 hour until butter can be formed into log about 6" long. Wrap well in plastic wrap. Storin fridge for up to 5 days or in freezer for several months. cuts into 23, 1/4" slices.
