Ingredients
- CHICKEN GRAVY:
- 3 cups chicken, shredded
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 tsp. chicken boullion, with herbs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. tyme
- 1 tsp. basil
- Cooked white rice
- POSSIBLE TOPPINGS:
- coconut
- green onions
- pineapple
- boiled and chopped egg
- chopped celery
- peanuts or cashews
- chow mein noodles
- tomatoes, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
In a large sauce pan, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, broth and boullion. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Add the sour cream and season with the tyme and basil. Stir until smooth. Add the shredded chicken. To serve, spoon rice onto individual plates, and then ladle with the chicken gravy. Then top with whatever toppings sound good to you.
