Ingredients
- 9 cups chicken broth
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 3 cups long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 envelopes Lipton Chicken Soup Mix w/noodles
- 2 cups salted cashews

Preparation
Step 1
Place rice and vegetables in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread shredded chicken on top. Sprinkles the cashews on next, then sprinkle the soup mix on top of the cashews. Pour the chicken broth on top of everything. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour. This is best enjoyed if you serve it with Soy Sauce.
