Ingredients
- 2-3 Russet potatoes, approx. same size, each cut into 8 wedges
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted, melted
- 1 and 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon ranch dry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 450 F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
Combine all spices and seasoning into food processor with panko crumbs.
Pulse a few times til combined.
Add wedges and melted butter into gallon bag.
Add melted butter and toss well.
Take each wedge and a small handful of the seasoned crumb and press around wedges to heavily coat.
Bake for about 25 minutes, flip carefully, bake for another 10-15 minutes until both sides golden.
