Ingredients
- 16 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 c whip cream
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 12 oz monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 8 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
- 4 oz parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 c.Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 c butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni. Mix whip cream, eggs and onion salt. Whisk until smooth, add cheeses and macaroni. Save enough cheese to sprinkle on top. Pour into lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. Top w/ breadcrumbs and remaining cheese. Drizzle w/ melted butter. Bake 350* for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
