Ingredients
- 6-8 SERVINGS
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup Asian "black bean and garlic sauce"
- 1 whole salmon fillet, about 2 pounds
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (scallions), white and light green parts only
- Sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the broiler to high.
In a small bowl, combine the apricot jam and black bean sauce and mix well. Cover a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup later and spray with nonstick stuff. Lay the salmon on the foil
Spoon the sauce over the top to cover all of the salmon.
Broil for about 7 minutes for about every inch of salmon thickness.
Remove to a platter, sprinkle with the green onions and sesame seeds, and serve.
