Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups cream chease
- 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Soften cream cheese in the microwave for 1 - 1.5 minutes.
Heat cream, cheese and pepper until cheese just begins to melt. DO NOT BOIL!
Add heated mixture to softened cream cheese in a stand mixer using the whisk attachment.
Cool.
