Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Dash each ground cloves and nutmeg
- One ready to use graham cracker crust - 6 oz. or 9"

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium until well blended, add eggs, mix until blended. In separate bowl mix pumpkin and spices, add one cup of cream cheese batter into pumpkin mixture, pour remaining cream cheese batter into crust top with pumpkin batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, garnish as desired.
